Party to present witnesses
(1) On the day fixed by the court, the concerned party shall present his witness (2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), it shall not be a hindrance for the plaintiff or the defendant or both parties to present their own witnesses or experts in the court during the filing of such a case in a particular case.
